Getting Around: Navigating Austin from this convenient location is easily done on foot or by bike. It’s flat as a pancake on this side of town and there are numerous, excellent bike routes including quick access to the Hike and Bike Trail that spans over 18 miles around the Colorado River. Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 15 minutes away. The Neighborhood: The east side of Austin, with its industrial-chic brewpubs, craft cocktail lounges and live-music rooms, picks up the pace after dark. Art galleries, vintage boutiques, bike shops and coffee houses mix with Mexican restaurants and BBQ joints. The Tejano Walking Trail honors the neighborhood’s music pioneers, while the Mexican-American Cultural Center stands nearby in the Rainey Street Historic District. Just a short drive away are delicious venues like Bufalina Pizza, Launderette, La Barbecue, Oseyo or Kemuri Tatsu-Ya. If the house happens to be ready earlier than our standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, we, in most cases will allow an early check-in. For a reliable alternative with guaranteed check-in or check-out timing, it's recommended to book the night before or after your scheduled arrival or departure.

When it is possible to check in early or checkout late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one-hour window within our standard times.
