The large, open kitchen offers all the amenities to cook up a chef inspired meal, and the living area provides ample seating space to gather around and watch a movie (or your favorite TV series) at the end of an adventurous day on the town or a much anticipated UT Football game! Don't forget about the half bath downstairs off the kitchen - perfect for keeping the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms as private spaces. As you walk upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and 1 with a queen bed. Both boast an ensuite bathroom! Take in the privacy of your own space while still sharing with your friends and family for the added closeness! Take in the comfy and luxurious linens for a restful night sleep - you'll need it with all the adventure that awaits in this ideal and central location! The fun doesn't stop inside. We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Austin is an easy city to get around without a car in this location! Walk, rent a scooter or bike, easy access to Uber/Lyft. Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 15 minutes away. We also provide guests with a full list of recommendations and services. This information can be found in the House Manual upon check-in.

Non compliance could result in sizable fines. - All guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM - Noise monitors are present to enforce quiet hours. Please take conversations and music indoors at those times. - Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information. - Guests must abide by max occupancy at all times per city ordinance. - Over occupancy will result in additional fines or removal should a guest not comply. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro directly. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately. - No open flames or candles in the home or outside of the home. - No Smoking or Vaping at the property. - Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. - We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - The home has cameras for external monitoring only. - Reservations made during festivals and conferences are nonrefundable. - Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6 percent and the city requires 11 percent. - A portion of the city hotel tax helps support musicians and related businesses.
