A half bath and a den featuring a daybed are conveniently located on the ground level, as well. Upstairs, retreat to one of three bedrooms for relaxation. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and an en suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and standup rain shower. The secondary bedroom includes a full bed, while the office bedroom features a trundle that can be configured as either one twin or one mini king - please reach out to Portoro prior to arrival to provide preference. A second full bathroom on this level ensures added comfort and privacy - amble space for your entire group to get ready for a day of adventure or night out on the town. Portoro uses smart locks. Guests will receive a designated code for their stay 24 hours prior to check in and once the guest agreement is signed and the reservation is fully paid. Guests have access to the entire home and can park in the driveway.

Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ride sharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. Downtown Austin, including the University of Texas are 5 minutes from the home, and the airport is just 13 minutes away.

Please inquire for more information. - All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. - Over occupancy will result in a fine up to $250 per additional head or $2000 if an event is occurring during a guest stay. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - The home has cameras for external monitoring only. - This home does not allow pets during your stay. We appreciate your understanding! - Reservations made during festivals and conferences are nonrefundable. - Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction.
