We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 5 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure, with the standard check-out time set for 10:30am. (Please note during the Peak Summer/Holiday seasons we will not typically have an early arrival or late departure option available. However, our staff does keep us informed for property readiness and we will proactively reach out with early arrival availability during these seasons.) Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and is regularly referred to as "Sunriver resort". However this term refers to the community of properties in the Sunriver region located in Sunriver proper, the town. The company "Sunriver Resort" is a separate entity, and our properties are not connected to, nor a part of the company. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. - Occupancy: The allowed number of guests or Occupancy is specifically limited to the maximum number of people designated for that particular property and anyone in the property at any time during your stay (24-hours/day) and includes any children 24 months and older (not just sleeping there, includes temporary guests). Blue Pacific by Portoro does not allow “group rentals” in any Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro properties, where more than 1 property is being rented; regardless if the property is managed by Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro, if the group total size exceeds the maximum occupancy of the largest Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro property rented. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Calendar and Rates Errors: At times computer system may not sync the calendars or nightly rates correctly due to a system error receiving the over the air data in their computer system. With your acceptance of the House Rules and rental terms and conditions, you agree that the written minimum nights apply and should a rates issue occur due to invalid computer system issues, we will offer to change your dates, adjust your rates, or move you to an alternate property, if available. Anyone caught smoking on the premises, will be subject to fines. Housekeeping: The property will be professionally cleaned prior to arrival and after guest departure. Guests shall leave premises in clean, undamaged condition, similar to the way they found it. The cleaning fee covers laundry, sanitization, and cleaning associated with “normal” use – guest agrees to limited departure procedures: removal of trash to garbage room on far side of garage (not to street), starting the dishwashers, and to start a load of towels in both washing machines. Equipment Failure: Although we cannot guarantee the operation of all appliances, utilities and equipment (e.g. air conditioning, Wi-Fi, pool equipment, hot tubs, kitchen appliances, televisions, etc.) our staff makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the equipment, utilities and appliances are in working order. Agents, authorized employees or repairmen may enter the premises for purposes connected with repair, care, or maintenance of the rental property. We will do our utmost to have any malfunction repaired in a timely manner. However, Blue Pacific assumes no liability for malfunctioning items and does not offer refunds for equipment, utility or appliance failure. Great place for several families. Lots of space to spread out. Kitchen is amazingly well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Main room pool table and garage games were a big hit. Our only minor complaint - swivel chairs on rollers around the dining table were difficult for 4 to 6 year old kids to navigate - the chairs kept rolling sidewise or away from the table. Overall, we highly recommend this house!
