Please note this home is situated in a residential community. Please respect quite hours and be mindful of playing music late at night outdoors. No parties or events are allowed at this property. Security Cameras/Audio Recording Devices: There is a Ring Motion Sensor Floodlight Security Camera on the front of this property facing the street that monitors the entryway and driveway. Pets are allowed at this home at a rate of $150 per pet (2 max, up to 50 lbs). If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro’s approval, there will be a cleaning charge of $500. Owner must pick up after dogs - no exceptions.
