Welcome to “The Dune House” at The Captain’s Fleet. This cozy 2 bedroom A Frame is nestled on the dunes of Vilano Beach and overlooks the ocean. While small in size, the views from inside and out are expansive and gorgeous. The ground level of the home features an open kitchen, dining, and living area, all showered with light coming in from the east. The kitchen is fully furnished and looks out over the living room. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 3, and a dining table with seating for 4. The living area has a sofa and swivel chairs that allow you to watch TV while enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach just outside. The living room is cozy with seating for 4. There is free Wi-Fi provided by Comcast. The bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds, and there is a full bathroom next to it. Take the classic spiral staircase up to the 2nd floor loft and you’ll find a queen bed.
The Dune House is right on the beach. It is part of a complex called The Captain’s Fleet. In addition to The Dune House, there is a triplex that has an two 2-bedroom unit downstairs, and a 1 bedroom unit upstairs. Each unit sleeps 4 people. If available, you can rent more than one unit at a time. There is assigned parking for each unit. We have a gas grill and shared laundry facilities as well. There is a private beach access for the residents of The Captain’s Fleet.

Please note, that all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid form of ID. The primary reservation holder must provide a Government-Issued ID that matches the name on the rental agreement. This is a requirement from St. Johns County. All guest's names (first and last) must be provided. The ages of any minors are required to be listed. This is for emergency and insurance purposes.
