Perched on the dune, Carpe Beachiem is a two-story home allowing family and friends the space they need to gather together on both levels. The main living area is located on the top level. As you enter from the stairs, you will be greeted with luscious panoramic ocean views! The open floor plan of the main living area makes this a perfect place to gather and relax. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make meals while enjoying the amazing views from the wall of windows overlooking the ocean or the views of the Guana Preserve. There is seating for 8 at the dining room table and additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. You will find plenty of storage and room at the dry bar to make your favorite cocktail. (Fireplace is decorative only).
Just outside the dining area is a balcony that faces the Guana State Park with seating area for four. Facing the ocean is another large deck that is great for watching the sunrise or dolphins swim by. Grab that cup of coffee as the sun rises over the ocean in the mornings or enjoy an evening cocktail while watching the beautiful sunsets over the Guana Preserve. You will find that you just won’t be able to enough of the views that Mother Nature has to offer!
The entry level offers another gathering area overlooking the backyard and your own private access to the beach. Take a step outside and you will find that you are just steps away from setting your toes in sand!
There are 5 great sleeping spaces available for your group! One of the bedrooms is located on the second level. It is a queen room that is equipped with a large, jetted tub and sunset views of Guana state park.
If you make your way back downstairs, you will find the rest of the bedrooms this house provides. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has two sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is perfect for kids; it has a twin over twin bunk bed and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have queen beds and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. On this level you will find the laundry room and an additional refrigerator that is perfect for storing extra drinks and food.
