Please pay close attention to following house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Quiet Hours in effect, 10:00pm - 9:00am. Noise monitors are present to enforce quiet hours. Please take conversations and music indoors at those times.
- Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing which is 6.
- Over occupancy will result in a fine up to $250 per additional head or $2000 if any kind of event or gathering with unregistered guests is occurring during a guest stay. There is a digital occupancy monitor to help enforce this policy.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro directly.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- No open flames or candles in the home or outside of the home.
- No Smoking or Vaping property, nor allowed on balconies or decks. Do not discard cigarettes on the property or in the house. Bring your own vessel for disposal or place fully extinguished cigarettes directly into the outside trash.
- This home does not allow pets during your stay. We appreciate your understanding!
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- The home has cameras for external monitoring only.
- Reservations made during festivals and conferences are nonrefundable.
- Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6 percent and the city requires 11 percent.
- A portion of the city hotel tax helps support musicians and related businesses.
