The main building features 2 ocean front units and one ground floor unit that has a beautiful courtyard. The main unit is upstairs and offers wonderful views of the ocean. It has been fully renovated with a large open living room, kitchen, dining floor plan. The kitchen features butcher block countertops, stove, microwave, and a refrigerator. The living room looks out over the dunes and the ocean. An ocean front balcony spans the width of the back of the building and offers a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while the sun rises. The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combination, while the 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a stack washer and dryer.

The main bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. The main bathroom has a shower/tub combination while the 2nd bathroom has a small walk-in shower. There is also a stack washer and dryer.
The courtyard unit may be the coziest and coolest of them all! Located on the front of the building, this unit has a fabulous and huge courtyard with fire pit and fenced yard, perfect for letting the pets roam or for small children to play safely. This unit also has a renovated kitchen with a stove/oven, fridge, and microwave. The living dining area is a little smaller, but open and features dining seating for four. The main bedroom has a king bed while the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. One of the bathrooms has a shower/tub combination, while the other has a small walk-in shower, and also has a stack washer and dryer.
