The only area off-limits is the neighbor's driveway located to the left of the house, however, there are two dedicated parking spaces in front of the home. You will have access to the entire home and a fenced-in backyard.

Luggage can be dropped off two hours before check-in (2:00pm) and left two hours after check-out (1:00pm). Please be sure to leave it just inside the front door and not to use the space . Any violation of these times will result in a $50/hr charge. We hope this helps :) ► Early check-in? Late check-out? Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 11am. If you'd like to request an early check-in or late checkout, please message us a couple days before your trip as it will be subject to availability. - Early check-in is at 12pm = $60 - Late checkout is at 3pm = $60 - For a *guaranteed* early check-in or late checkout, please reach out as we can offer a discounted daily rate to block the day before or after. ► Can I bring my pet? - We allow 1 dog maximum. If you'd like to bring your pet, you will need to include them on the reservation. ► Is the neighborhood walkable? - The neighborhood is not ideal for walking as it's gentrifying. We recommend Uber, Lyft, or a car rental to pop over to any destinations. ► Are there coffee shops or restaurants nearby? - Yes! Sa-Ten @ Canopy is located within a 2 min drive. We also highly recommend Medici Roasting and Palomino Coffee nearby.
