Please note, all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid form of ID. Our home is just over 2000sqft and is nestled on a large private lot providing the perfect place to unwind in East Austin. Escape the Texas heat and step inside to a large open living room with an oversized & comfy sofa attached to a chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and island seating. Around the corner you'll find a large dining area complete with wine wall-unfortunately we are not able to provide any alcohol :/ Towards the back of the home is a large primary suite with walk in closet, king bed, and beautiful bathroom. A cozy laundry room and detached powder room can also be found on the first floor. Head upstairs and into the open loft with attached two bedrooms and shared bathroom. In the loft you'll find full over full bunk beds and in each bedroom either a comfy queen or king bed! Venture into the backyard and enjoy grilling some food, chilling under the misters and putting on the green. This oversized backyard is every dogs dream with plenty of space to stretch out and run around in the fully fenced in yard. Our home is suitable for families or groups of 10 traveling together and we do allow up to 2 pets for an additional cost.

You'll have access to the entire home except the garage which will be locked. There is parking on the driveway for two vehicles and plentiful street parking.

Uber & Lyft are readily available in Austin. Bird & Lime scooters and bikes are also available in East Austin

Security Cameras/Audio Recording Devices: There are Ring/Nest cameras on the front of the home. Pets are allowed at this home at a rate of $150 per pet (2 max, up to 50 lbs). If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro’s approval, there will be a cleaning charge of $500. Owner must pick up after dogs - no exceptions.
