-Absolutely no smoking on property
-Dispose of waste in the correct bins as detailed in the welcome binder (trash, recycling & compost)
-No food/drinks in bedroom besides water
-Do not tamper with front doorbell camera - this is there to protect the house and you
-Leave the wifi boxes and wifi connector for front door plugged in - no wifi or door opens without them - the wifi boxes are white round boxes that light up and the wifi connector for the front door is a small white plug in in living room next to front door

After a slight bumpy start trying to get in, we found Lisa’s place to be the best Airbnb we ever stayed at. Clean, comfortable, cozy, cute, well maintained, well located…just not enough adjectives to describe her place. I would stay there time and again. Definitely a 5 out of 5 rating.

My entire family loved the layout and space and we plan to return. Great location to get anywhere in Austin or the hill country on Mopac versus I35. Minutes from Lady Bird Lake and all attractions but neighborhood is quiet. Everyone slept comfortably & plenty of room for all 7 of us.
