• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

-Dispose of waste in the correct bins as detailed in the welcome binder (trash, recycling & compost)
-No food/drinks in bedroom besides water
-Do not tamper with front doorbell camera - this is there to protect the house and you
-Leave the wifi boxes and wifi connector for front door plugged in - no wifi or door opens without them - the wifi boxes are white round boxes that light up and the wifi connector for the front door is a small white plug in in living room next to front door

Beautiful home had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Loved the en suite bathroom and the second “primary” also had a king bed and very spacious! Enough room for an air mattress and we still had room to spare. Loved having a washer and dryer after spending a day at Sea World 😉 great place to stay would love to stay here again whenever we return to Austin in the future.

We had a great stay in the Austin home and had little issues. We did have a minor issue in which the front door lock battery had died, but the owners responded very quickly and resolved the issue. Overall, we would stay here again. Thank you.
