Garage turned game room features 3 in 1 ping pong, pool & air hockey table, pop a shot basketball, extra fridge and TVStep outdoors to a covered porch, dining area and fire pit with large 8ft privacy fencing around.

Use the entire house as your own. The property has a 8ft privacy fence surrounding the entire backyard with a locked gate on the side. The garage has been been converted into a game room. Parking on the driveway and street is available.

Security Cameras/Audio Recording Devices: There is a Ring spotlight camera that monitors the entryway and driveway. Additionally, there is a ring doorbell camera and a ring motion camera in the backyard. Pets are allowed at this home at a rate of $150 per pet (2 max, up to 50 lbs). If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro’s approval, there will be a cleaning charge of $500. Owner must pick up after dogs - no exceptions.
