As your come inside to the spacious open floor plan, you will see a luxurious kitchen that was just remodeled in 2022 with all new appliances. Just like the kitchen, the rest of the house has seen some major upgrades from all new flooring to the ceiling fans that cool you off after a hot day in the sun. This house is ready to host your family and friends during your visit to our beautiful beaches.
From the kitchen, you can walk into the living and dining areas. This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your vacation meals! There is plenty of seating for everyone! The dining table has room for eight and there is room for four at the kitchen island. Take in the views, as you sip on a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening from the living room, dining area, and the newly painted deck area!
There is plenty of room to spread out and find your zen in one of the bedrooms that “Hello Beach” has to offer. Each private bedroom has a king bed, making this a perfect home for multiple families to gather!
On the main level you will find the two primary bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a large king bed, a full bathroom and fantastic ocean views. The south bedroom has a great sunroom that is a perfect place to find a little peace and quiet! The couch in the sunroom has a sleeper sofa. There is a full bathroom also located in the hall.
From the main level you can choose to go upstairs or downstairs. Upstairs you will find a loft with a queen and two twin beds. This area is perfect for the kids. On the first level you will find two more bedrooms. The junior primary has a king bed and a full bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 4 also has a king bed. There is another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo just across the hall. All the bedrooms are equipped with TVs.

The primary reservation holder must provide a Government-Issued ID that matches the name on the rental agreement. This is a requirement from St. Johns County. All guest's names (first and last) must be provided. The ages of any minors are required to be listed. This is for emergency and insurance purposes.
