All Guests must comply with house rules. Not doing so will result in additional deep cleaning fees, loss of deposit and possible eviction. 1. Maximum Overnight Occupancy is 8 people. Please make sure you enter the proper number of guests at booking. 2. Except for families with children, all guests must be at least 25 years old with photo ID proof of age. 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Only members of the guest party can occupy the house overnight; no overnight visitors are allowed. Daytime visitors must be disclosed in advance, and small gatherings with non-overnight guests require pre-approval. 5. No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony. Smoking is allowed outside. Please use proper receptacles to dispose of cigarettes and never throw them in the yard. 6. To protect the wood floors, no shoes (aside from house slippers) are allowed upstairs. Please be mindful of your suitcases as you carry them through the home, and do not move any furniture. 7. The fire table must be kept covered when not in use. Please give it 10 minutes to cool off before covering. Absolutely nothing can be burned in the fire table except for the propane it uses. 8. Decorations must be taken down without damaging walls. Use only paint-safe tape: no tacks, nails, or glue dots. Please NEVER attach anything to the exterior walls of the home. 9. Do not use confetti or glitter indoors or out. 10. No burning of natural flame candles inside or outside of the home. 11. Cabinets in the master closet labeled as “Owner Use Only” are locked and off-limits to guests. Tampering with or breaking into locked cabinets will result in a fine of $250, plus the cost of damage. 12. We love our neighbors! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM daily. No outside noise after 10:00PM Use of Spa/Hot Tub 1. Spa must be covered at all times when not in use 2. No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk 3. No running, jumping, or diving - guests are responsible for any adverse outcomes 4. Only members of the guest party are allowed to use the spa 5. No glassware in or near the spa 6. No food in the spa 7. Proper swimwear required - no outdoor attire or shoes of any kind in the spa 8. Kids under 18 must be supervised by an adult. Babies must wear Swim Diapers. 9. Spa hours - 7am - 10pm
