It's the perfect time to present “Pearl of the Sea”. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was completely remodeled on the inside during the Spring of 2021. The updates include all new flooring, ceilings, the addition of a full master bathroom, brand new kitchen, and more. The new floor plan creates an open space which incorporates the kitchen, dining, and living areas. This allows your group the enjoy each others’ company even while cooking, watching your favorite shows, or just relaxing.
The kitchen features a flat top stove/oven combo, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. There is a large island for prepping your favorite meals, and it also offers plenty of storage for pots, pans, plates, wine glasses, and more. The kitchen is furnished with just about anything you could need to prepare your meals and cocktails. The dining table seats 6. Next to the dining table is a built in lounge area with comfy cushions, perfect for curling up with a good book. The living area has an L-shaped couch and a couple of chairs around the large flat screen TV. From the living room you can see pelicans diving into the ocean in search of their next meal.
With two bedrooms on the ocean side of the house, you will be able to fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the surf. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, closet, and a beautiful private bathroom. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, and a separate deep garden tub for soaking your cares away. His and hers sinks, stainless fixtures, and ship lap siding give the bathroom a modern chic feel. The second ocean front bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Outside, you will find a screened patio with more seating so you can enjoy meals in the fresh air. This patio is fully covered overhead, offering you plenty of shade, while still being able to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The back yard is made of beach sand and natural sea oats. There is a set of stairs that lead right down to the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels are provided as well as a bbq grill.

The primary reservation holder must provide a Government-Issued ID that matches the name on the rental agreement. This is a requirement from St. Johns County. All guest's names (first and last) must be provided. The ages of any minors are required to be listed. This is for emergency and insurance purposes.
