The living room has two sofas for lounging and relaxing around the large flat screen TV. The east wall is full of tall windows offering expansive views of the ocean. The kitchen was updated in 2019! It is fully equipped with all new stainless-steel appliances-refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, oven with cooktop, dishwasher, plus a beverage/wine cooler. There is plenty of cabinet space plus a food pantry. The long countertop is great for food prep! Large farmhouse wooden rectangular table that can seat up to 8 guests.
A barn door divides the great room from the hallway that leads you to the bedroom area. Upstairs on the third floor is the primary bedroom. It has ocean and Guana Park views. Wake up to the sound of the waves and the views of the sunrise from your bed. The primary bedroom also has a twin day bed, love seat, and a flat screen TV. The ensuite Bathroom has 2 sinks. One sink is in a separate area allowing private usage, while the door leads to a full bathroom with a sink, bathtub-shower combo decorated with blue sea glass accent tile (jetted tub is non-working).
On the main level (second floor), you’ll find three more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry closet. The first bedroom is oceanfront with amazing views. It has a king bed, dresser, and a TV. We have some great outdoor spaces at the house as well. On the 2nd floor there is a wrap-around, partially covered balcony that overlooks the ocean. The decking is made of Trex material, so it won’t splinter and feels good on your feet! There are lounge chairs, high top Adirondacks, and a picnic table on the balcony, offering a wide range of seating choices. On the ground level there are even more seating options, another picnic table, and a hammock; all under the shade of the home.
