We supply amenities for your convenience: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for each bathroom.

The fourth bedroom includes a queen bed with dedicated workspace - desk, monitor, and chair included. This room shared a Jack N' Jill bathroom with the third bedroom.

Pool towels are available in the laundry room for up to 12 guests. There is also a W/D and extra refrigerator for any extra food or drink storage needs.

The powder room features a surprise, featured montage.

The stairs lead to the 5th bedroom which includes the second king bed as well as a queen bed. This is the only room located upstairs.

Great place to stay! My family and I decided to spend Christmas here, and it was perfect. The home was just as shown in the pictures with more than enough space to accommodate our large family. We ate outside in the patio and it was just as beautiful as in the pictures. Comfortable beds as well. A big thank you to the owner for making our stay extra special by having cookies delivered to us. We will definitely be staying here again.

Portoro's place is a great place for a group. It's quiet, peaceful, spacious, and scenic. The hot tub is excellent, especially during the cold weekend we went.The checkout was also a nice plus since they don't ask you to do any of the typical "cleaning" (e.g., load the dishwasher, put sheets in the wash, etc.) that many places do.Only "con" to keep in mind is it's about 30 minutes drive to Austin downtown if you plan on frequenting there.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The house is very spacious and looks exactly like the listing. The kids loved the backyard and pool. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Love this place! Had my family in for a birthday weekend and it’s perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The kitchen/main room is great for meals and hanging out. The outside area though is the big draw for me. The pool and hot tub are super nice. The porch area has different areas either for a coffee in the morning or group dinner under the lights. And all of it overlooks a wooded, grassy area that makes you feel like you are farther out in the country. Would definitely stay here again - and probably will.

This house certainly met expectations. It was extremely spacious and open. Great outside view. The house was secluded but not too far of a drive to go to restaurants, stores, etc. This will definitely be a go to house if in the Austin area again.

my family and i really enjoyed our stay at dripping springs. the house was beautiful and there were so many fun things to do to keep us entertained. there was a lot of board games and even a wii console that the kids got to use. the rooms were big and clean and there were toiletries and extra supplies in all the bathrooms and cabinets. the kitchen was fully stocked and even had a full pantry with items we were able to use like spices, plastic wrap, disposable utensils etc. our favorite part of course was the backyard with the pool and hot tub. the only thing that was a minor inconvenience was that the waterfall was not working during our stay but other than that everything was great. would definitely book again.

This is a beautiful home and was perfect for our trip! We had one hiccup during our stay when our coffee maker wasn’t working and they showed up that same day with a new one! That really saved our tush since we travelled with a baby so lots of coffee was needed. The host was so fantastic and easy to work with! We can’t wait to come back and stay at this wonderful home again!

The house was fantastic. The house was clean and is very spacious. The bedrooms fully accommodated my family and the large open kitchen and dining rooms were excellent. The backyard is beautiful and the pool was a welcome respite from the Austin heat. The location is very quiet while still providing easy access to the rest of Austin.
