If you'd like to request an early check-in or late checkout, please message us a couple days before your trip as it will be subject to availability. - Early check-in is at 12pm = $150 - Late checkout is at 3pm = $150 - For a *guaranteed* early check-in or late checkout, please reach out as we can offer a discounted daily rate to block the day before or after. ► Are there any recording devices? There is only one exterior doorbell camera and one driveway camera for security purposes. There are no interior cameras or recording devices. Exterior footage is only reviewed if there is a violation of house rules.
