The floor plan expands into a beautiful kitchen designed for entertaining and culinary creations. The brand new 4 range burner stove is nestled between custom cabinetry and a lovely backsplash. Filled with light from large windows and high ceilings, this charming kitchen is outfitted with all the bells and whistles and stocked with amenities. As the evening moves from cooking in the kitchen, to dining at the table, to lounging in the living area, this home is purpose built to enjoy the night. Up the stairs, you will find Bedroom 1 with a cozy queen bed and beautiful ensuite walk-in shower. The second floor also contains Bedroom 2 featuring 2 queen beds and another bathroom with a chic tub. And if you need space for more, Bedroom 3 is located on the 3rd floor and holds two queen beds and a dedicated work station. This room also includes a PS4 and huge projector screen perfect for a late night movie! Stepping into the back yard, you'll find a quaint yet spacious area for outdoor dining. After a long night on the town, few things are better than gathering around a table with a glass of wine to reminisce. Portoro Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Austin is an easy city to get around without a car in this location! Walk, rent a scooter or bike, easy access to Uber/Lyft. Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 15 minutes away. We also provide guests with a full list of recommendations and services. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk. - Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. - Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions. - HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas requires all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6% and the city requires 11%. - YOU ARE HELPING: A portion of the city hotel tax helps support Austin's musicians and related businesses. - This home is pet-friendly. Please note, only dogs allowed and 50lb weight limit, up to 2 dogs per stay. $150.00 fee applies, per stay, per pet. - This is a No Smoking property.
