Both the front and back yards are fully fenced in with an electric gate entrance. Parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway. The large, open concept living area is perfect for lounging and entertaining, with a large-screen TV, Sonos surround sound, a gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar and formal dining table. Be prepared to create culinary delights in this chef’s kitchen equipped with pristine granite countertops and a full suite of high-end, built-in Kitchen-Aid appliances. A Kitchen-Aid mixer, food processor, large toaster oven, and a host of other small appliances are available for use. The expansive backyard features a sparkling pool and spa, covered patio, refrigerator, ample seating, and built-in outdoor grill. We offer self-check-in. Portoro uses smart locks. •We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts in advance. If the house happens to be ready earlier than our standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, we, in most cases will allow an early check-in. For a reliable alternative with guaranteed check-in or check-out timing, it's recommended to book the night before or after your scheduled arrival or departure.

Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 20 minutes away by car. Bus stop just outside the door - Hop on (Bus 5) and go downtown (every 20 minutes) or Take Bus 803 North (5 minute walk) to the Domain Shopping District and the Q2 Austin FC Soccer Stadium. HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction.
