This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath house was completely remodeled in the fall of 2017. The moment you walk up the stairs you are greeted by a flood of natural light and majestic ocean views. The open floor plan is very welcoming and invites you to make yourselves at home. The warm colors of the ceramic tile floors and fresh beachy decor make this one of the most delightful vacation homes in the area.
The kitchen, living room, and dining area are all open to each other. This allows you to stay part of the group whether you are blending your favorite drinks in the kitchen, feasting on dinner at the dining table, or watching a movie on the flat screen in the living room. You will find that you have beautiful views of the beach and ocean from just about every location in the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make your favorite meals and drinks. The dining table seats 8 with a mixture of chairs and a comfy bench. There is also bar seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The kitchen features beautiful white granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and adjustable fade lighting. The living room has a sofa, love seat, and several other chairs, offering plenty of seating. The sofa is also a sleeper sofa, perfect for teens or children.
From the living room, you can step outside to an expansive deck. There is a patio table and umbrella for outdoor dining, and several lounge chairs for working on your tan. From the deck, you can go downstairs where you have a couple of options. You can take the board walk over the dune and then down your private beach access to the sand, or you can watch the dolphins swim by from our sitting area at the edge of our sea wall.
The master bedroom is on the ocean side so you can hear the ocean’s waves. The semi-panoramic windows offer incredible views of the beach There is a king bed with comfy bedding and plush pillows to welcome you to a good nights rest. The master bathroom features a shower/tub combination and his/hers sinks. The second bedroom is also on the ocean side of of the house. It has a queen bed, dresser, and closet. There are TVs in both the master and 2nd bedrooms. The third bedroom in on the front of the house and has views of lush Guana State Park. There is a full bathroom located in the hall between these two bedrooms. It also has a shower/tub combination. Downstairs is the 3rd bathroom, which has a walk-in shower, perfect for rinsing off that beach sand.
You also have access to the 2-car garage. Here you will find beach chairs, a second refrigerator, and a gas grill. We provide the propane!

The primary reservation holder must provide a Government-Issued ID that matches the name on the rental agreement. This is a requirement from St. Johns County. All guest's names (first and last) must be provided. The ages of any minors are required to be listed. This is for emergency and insurance purposes.
