Welcome to Sea Dream! When you enter the main house upstairs, you are welcomed by a spacious, open floor plan. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open to each other, providing a perfect gathering area for the entire family. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking equipment, cutlery, and appliances you would expect at home. From the kitchen you can see the ocean and horizon as well as Guana River State Park. The breakfast bar provides casual seating for three with bar stools. From the kitchen, you can see the ocean and horizon! The dining table also overlooks the ocean, providing a wonderful view for meal time! The table seats 8. The living room features a comfy couch, love seat, and additional seating, all situated around a wall mounted flat screen TV. Basic cable is provided by Comcast.
There are three bedrooms in the main house. The master bedroom is on the ocean side of the house, so you can fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean meeting the shore. This bedroom has a comfy king bed, night stands, dresser, and a walk-in closet. There is a TV in this bedroom. You will also find a private, full bathroom in the master bedroom as well. Additionally, this bedroom has French doors that lead out to the private, covered oceanfront balcony; a great place to enjoy a coup of coffee in the morning! The second bedroom has a queen bed and offers views of the state park. For clothing storage, we have provided night stands with lamps, a dresser, and closet. There is also a wall mounted TV with basic cable. The 3rd bedroom features two twin beds. This bedroom has a large dresser, and closet for more storage.
The main house comfortably sleeps 6 people. However, if you have a few extras, there is a bonus room that is separate from the main house. This room is found on the ground level. The bonus room has two queen beds, a sitting area with two sofas, and there is a TV with basic cable. There is a small refrigerator here for a few beverages. This room has a window AC unit. Please note, there is not a bathroom in the bonus room. Outside the bonus room, on the ground floor is the laundry room. There is a toilet in the laundry room, but no shower. Anyone staying in the bonus room would either need to use one of the showers in the main house, or they could use the outdoor shower if desired.
There is plenty of wonderful outdoor deck space, perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach from the house. On the south side of the house, the large deck is uncovered, so you can work on your tan! Here, you will find outdoor seating, a built-in bench, and a picnic table. You’ll enjoy having lunch on the deck! The deck wraps around the east side of the deck. This area is covered, providing all day shade, and protection from the occasional rain shower. The deck can be accessed from the living room, dining room, or the master bedroom. Underneath the deck is a covered patio, offering shelter from the sun and rain. There is also a picnic table, and a shower for rinsing off. It has hot and cold water!

Please note, that all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid form of ID. The primary reservation holder must provide a Government-Issued ID that matches the name on the rental agreement. This is a requirement from St. Johns County. All guest's names (first and last) must be provided. The ages of any minors are required to be listed. This is for emergency and insurance purposes.
