Welcome to Sea Glass! This gorgeous, ocean front home has breath taking views and offers lots of outside gathering space! Sea Glass is a split level house with an expansive deck. The main living area is on the 2nd level of the house. The amazing views can be seen in the open living room and dining areas. The kitchen has deck access to the beach and a small deck to the west. A perfect spot to enjoy a cup of joe! The living room is spacious and roomy with a extra large flat screen TV. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and 8 more spots at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need! It has both, Keurig and drip coffee makers, a separate ice maker, and plenty of cookware for making large meals. A small bedroom, with a queen size bed, is located off the main level, along with a half bath.
The third level houses a loft with a small desk area, and the Primary Suite. Imagine waking up with views of spectacular sunrises and sounds of the waves! The bedroom has a large king bed. The spacious bathroom has a large soaking tub, double vanity, separate shower, enclosed toilet room, and a large walk in closet.
Two other bedrooms are on the entry level and are separated by full bathroom and has access to the outside decks. The ocean side bedroom has a queen bed and a sliding door to the large deck. The front room is perfect for children or teenagers. It has two twin over twin bunk beds and a television cabinet.
The lower level is where you will find a garage and laundry room. There is parking for 1 car in the garage and enough space in the driveway for 3-4 additional cars.
The views are just absolutely stunning. Imagine waking up to sunrises and watching the day go by on the back deck. Grab your chair, a book, and head to the beach or just sit and watch the ebb and flow of the tide. The big windows and doors allow for natural sunlight to brighten the house throughout the day. Grab a glass of wine to end the day on the little deck off the kitchen to enjoy the beautiful sunset.
