The back bedroom features a door with working transom, recliner with Bay views, built-in storage closet, and a private tiled bathroom (tub-shower, vanity, toilet). Both bedroom access a well lit library stocked with a wide variety of authors and board games. A two-rope handrail staircase leads to the “shipboard” loft where there are four twin beds with pull out drawer storage, a TV/reading nook and a tiled bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Off-street parking for a golf cart, and plenty of on-street parking on Monroe and Harbor. Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels and are included in the rental fee. No smoking.
