Beautiful and well appointed, you just won’t want to leave! Upon entry to Seascape Cottage, you will notice stately Sylvester palms flanking the spacious driveway and native cabbage palms towards the home…even one that’s curved like you would see on a deserted island – perfect for picture taking! Heading to the upstairs entry you will have plenty of seating inside the vaulted open living area with a 65″ tv on the wall. A well-appointed chef’s kitchen with bar and seating for 4. The kitchen island also has seating for an additional 4 people. Looking east you have wide open views of an almost private Atlantic Ocean. Towards the front of the home there is a small nook hallway that has a nice welcome entry table. Across from the nook is a beautiful modern bathroom with all the amenities. The bedroom is just past the bathroom…equipped with a memory foam king bed, closet and two dressers. Walking through the slider located just off the living room, is the upstairs oceanfront deck. There you’ll find comfy lounge seating and a covered dining area with seating for 6.
The separate downstairs is perfect if traveling with another couple/family, nanny or grandparents! You will enter through the no step up French doors into the living room. There you will find a comfortable sofa with a queen pull-out sofa bed and 2 chairs. There is a 55″ tv mounted on the wall. Just behind the living is a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Off the kitchenette is the bathroom with huge shower and all amenities. Another primary bedroom is up next with memory foam king bed, a closet and dressers. A 55″ tv sits atop the dressers. A doorway from the bedroom gives access to a full laundry room. Off the living area and through the back door is an oceanfront patio that is fully covered offering shade and seating.
Outside on the north side of the house is a shed with all the beach equipment you need to enjoy your time on the sand and in the water. An outdoor shower with foot-rinse is also available to clean off after a day at the beach. For privacy and safety, the home is fenced and has a lovely front courtyard with gate access.
