This 3 bedroom, 3.5-bathroom beach side oasis offers a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a restful beach getaway like no other. Warm hues of sand, sage, and clay fill the home alongside spacious windows allowing for panoramic ocean views from anywhere in the house. With an open floor plan, the 3-story home flows smoothly from one room to the next allowing for a truly close experience for you and your guests. The front door leads you up a staircase which opens into a large living area, welcoming friends and family. As you step into the living room, you’ll notice 2 large seating areas – one in front of a multimedia center and the other alongside the windows allowing for a truly breathtaking view. Also in the living space are a formal dining table for 6 and a high-top table for 4. There are two conventional bedrooms and a third room that can be used as a bedroom, plus an open loft . The alcove library and living space flow into the spacious fully-equipped kitchen area and a half bathroom. This unique open floor plan evokes a sense of community but also provides enough areas for privacy.
The primary bedroom is located on the main living level and looks out onto the ocean. It features a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and en-suit bath complete with double sinks, a shower and bathtub. Off of the living room, you’ll find a serene alcove with sitting chairs and a small library, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of tea or coffee and reading that book you brought along. Convert this reading nook into a bedroom by sliding the bookcase to the side and pulling out the full-sized Murphy bed. Pull back the curtains to allow for privacy.
Just up the stairs you’ll find a sitting area overlooking the main living space, and offers more ocean views. Here, a futon gives guests a place to relax, and can sleep 2 children. The sitting area flows into a bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a bench and then into the second bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, closet, and ocean views.
On the first floor, you will find a unique studio-style bedroom. It has a queen bed, sitting area, full bathroom, and a small kitchen. There is a TV in the lower area, making it a great place for getting away from the pack. You can walk right out to the beach from this area.
Both sides of the main floor living area open to 2 private decks perfect for sunbathing, watching the waves, and catching a stunning sunrise. The private deck by the front door leads you downstairs to your private patio featuring more lounge chairs and a table for oceanside eating. When you’re ready to hit the beach, just head down the stairs of your private beach access. We provide beach towels and toys as well. On the side of the house, you’ll also find a small yard perfect for throwing the football or Frisbee around.
