Seawatch is an stunning home, beautifully appointed, and designed for individual privacy as well as cozy togetherness. Located in South Ponte Vedra Beach, approximately 6 miles south of Ponte Vedra and 12 miles north of St. Augustine, Seawatch is on a very private lot. Guests can enjoy views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean to the east from the 3rd floor and the pristine Guana Preserve to the west, and yet be within easy driving distance to restaurants, golf, shopping, or other attractions.
Seawatch features a tasteful color palette of cream and tan, imbuing the house with a sense of calm. Colorful splashes of blues and greens are interspersed throughout to keep the décor lively, as well as to remind us that we are on vacation! The living-dining-kitchen areas share ocean views and access to a long covered porch. Comfortable seating, a dining table for eight, and a large TV/DVD insure that you will enjoy all the comforts of home. The spacious kitchen is so pretty and practical, you will love cooking when you have both east and west water views to inspire you!
There is room for everyone at Seawatch. The newly renovated home has 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The main living floor also is home to two primary bedrooms. Each with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access to the deck overlooking the ocean. On the third level, you will find 5 bedrooms and 4 additional bathrooms. The north bedroom also features 2 queen beds, an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, and access to an outdoor balcony. Bedroom 4 has a king bed and bedroom 5 has a queen bed. Both have access to the balcony. There is a bathroom just across the hall with a walk in shower and a double sink vanity. Bedroom 6 has a king bed and bathroom that houses a second set of a washer and dryer. Bedroom 7 is a perfect place for teens or kids! It has a queen bed and full over full bunk bed. This room also has it’s own bathroom with a walk in shower!
Come take in the sunrises from the back deck. Make sure to bring your coffee along! You won’t want to miss it! The deck has plenty of room for everyone to take a break from the beach, watch the dolphins swim by, or just to relax!

The primary reservation holder must provide a Government-Issued ID that matches the name on the rental agreement. This is a requirement from St. Johns County. All guest's names (first and last) must be provided. The ages of any minors are required to be listed. This is for emergency and insurance purposes.
