Welcome to “Sofia’s Sand Castle”. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront home is the perfect get away for a family or two. When you enter on the first floor, you find a large, open foyer that leads right out to the beach. There is a spacious bedroom downstairs. It has a king bed, dresser, TV, and an ocean front patio. On the ground level, you will also find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms. The 2nd is on the ocean side of the house, so you can wake up to the sounds of the surf. This bedroom has a queen bed, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom is great for kids. It features two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a semi-private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
The living area is nice and open. The kitchen, living room, and dining are all connected and offer views of the beach.
The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and from the sink, a beautiful view of the Guana Preserve. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make your favorite meals. Bring your best vino, there’s a wine cooler! The living room has two sofas with seating for six plus a game table with seating for four more. The dining space is extended from the living room and overlooks the beach. The dining table comfortably seats six, plus there is bar seating for two at the kitchen island.
Sofia’s Sand Castle has excellent outdoor spaces as well. Upstairs is a covered balcony, a perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee as the sun rises. Downstairs, the back door leads out to a covered patio that overlooks the beach. This is a great place to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean, while escaping from the sun. However, if the sun is what you’re looking for, there is an open patio just beyond the covered one. When you come up from the beach, be sure to rinse off in the outdoor shower, which has hot and cold water!
Sofia’s Sand Castle is fully stocked with all linens, beach and bath towels, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, and a gas grill.
