The first floor features plenty of charm with a gorgeous, sunlit dining area with seating for up to 8. This area is perfect to gather family and friends around a snack, charcuterie board, or even a full Thanksgiving feast. Through the hallway, you find a full kitchen with marbe countertops and top of the line appliances. Tucked in here is a breakfast nook perfect for your morning coffee and reading. Up the stairs, you are welcomed in into a sprawling private retreat. The Master Suite has tons of natural light with a king bed, private luxury bath with a walk in shower, and two additional seating chairs. Additional guest quarters consist of three bedrooms, a full bath, and a second living room. There are also 4 work remote desks, including a private office area to take those annoying work calls in seclusion. Once you've unpacked, jump into the clean, refreshing pool in the back. With plenty of room for activites, including laying out, mini golf, or outdoor dining, the Songbird is ready for you! Your Guest Ambassador will coordinate the cleaning schedule for a minimum of once every 2 weeks. You can request cleanings more frequently if desired. Additional cleaning charges will be sent using a payment request or resolution request, immediately following the cleaning.

We offer self-check-in. Portoro uses smart locks. •We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts in advance. If the house happens to be ready earlier than our standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, we, in most cases will allow an early check-in. For a reliable alternative with guaranteed check-in or check-out timing, it's recommended to book the night before or after your scheduled arrival or departure.

Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 10 minutes away. We also provide guests with a full list of recommendations and services. This information can be found in the House Manual upon check-in.

If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - You must be 25 years or older to book this property. - Please note that our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
