Very communicative owners!!! Worked through some minor challenges and communicated throughout!!! They looked out for our safety during the crazy wildfire nearby that was not in their control. Very much would rent from them again!!!! They are amazing hosts that looked out for their renters!!!

We had a lovely stay. The host was very helpful and prompt with any questions I had. We saw dolphins off the balcony on several mornings. My family enjoyed the upstairs living room in the evenings as it is warmer than the lower level. There is noise from the PCH which is to be expected. The beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean.

Absolutely amazing views from this beach front property! Waking up to the sound of waves was so peaceful. The property itself was beautiful and right on the water and in walking distance to some great restaurants. Whole Foods was a short 8 minute drive as well as some local shopping. The accommodations were clean and well stocked. The place does need some minor updating of living room furnishings as the couch was noticeably stained however, a white leather or even microfiber furnishings would solve the issue of multiple guest and would be easy to keep clean. You also noticed the rust on doors and other outdoor areas but it would be expected from long term salt water erosion. Other than these things I have zero complaints and honestly the breathtaking views and sound of waves make these few cons go away!
