Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at an Elevation Destinations by Portoro (Portoro Homes, Elevation Destinations of Winter Park, LLC by Portoro) are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. No events or parties are permitted.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Elevation Destinations by Portoro directly.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Please Note: No "day of" arrivals/departures on major holidays -- New Years Eve, New Years Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day (*The following holidays will need to request an exception: MLK, Presidents, Easter, Memorial, Labor)
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Unless stated otherwise in your check-in details, no items may leave the condo/unit for use away from the rental.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur additional fees.
- Some home have cameras for external monitoring only.
- In the State of Colorado and Grand County, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction.
- There is no guard around the community Resort hot tubs. - Use at your own risk.
- This is a No Animal/Pet* and No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host. Any fines by the Winter Park Resort will be the responsibility of the guest.
Guests of Zephyr Mountain Lodge of the Winter Park Resort:
- Potential for Noise: The lodge is near the Founders Pointe / Fraser Crossing buildings of the Winter Park Resort. Construction for the remodel of the Amenities Deck of these sister buildings is expected by the Resort/HOA through December 31, 2024. Elevation Destinations by Portoro is not responsible for nor will refunds apply for noise issues related to the construction / remodel. -- In addition, you may hear a train whistle during your stay from the Winter Park train station / train. Refunds will not apply due to expected train-related noise.
- Winter Park Wildlife: Be aware of local information regarding local wildlife in the Winter Park region and follow all protocols regarding public safety. Local wildlife includes but is not limited to bears, moose, bighorn sheep, mountain lions, and wolves. Elevation Destinations by Portoro reminds guests to be aware of their surroundings and to not attempt to interact with local wildlife. Issues, injuries, or damages from violating the local safety guidelines are the responsibility of the guest.
- Parking Garage: You will need to make a parking reservation prior to your check-in date regardless of the rental season. Full details will be provided in your check-in details with additional courtesy reminders prior to your arrival date. The Town of Winter Park sets a Winter and Summer season which are subject to change at the discretion of Winter Park. The Winter Season offers per night paid garage parking and the Summer Season offers free garage parking, however a nightly $99.00 fee will apply if you do not complete your reservation prior to your check-in date. In addition, a Coupon Code will be included in your check-in information that will discount the $99.00 nightly fee to $23.00/night in the Winter and $0.00 in the Summer. [Please read your check-in details, Guest Manual, and posted signage at the property carefully regarding use of the Parking Garage. You will need your Key Card, and "scan" an issued QR code or use your Parking Reservation Confirmation Code, when entering AND exiting the garage.]
- Hotel RFID Key Card: A hotel-style RFID Key Card is required to access the building, your unit/condo, parking garage, ski locker, and building common amenities. Instructions how to obtain your Key Card on arrival from your unit/condo's assigned lock box will be provided in your check-in details prior to arrival. A fee apply for lost/stolen/damaged or if the Key Card is either locked in your unit/condo or not returned to the unit/condo's assigned lock box upon your departure.
- Building Amenities (Fitness, Hot Tubs, etc): Resort amenities are controlled and maintained by the Winter Park Resort. Elevation Destinations by Portoro has no control, nor can be held responsible for any closures or mechanical issues. Hours are set by the Resort and any afterhours access will be considered a trespassing violation by the Resort with possible fines and/or removal from the premises without refund.
- Ski Locker: Your reservation includes a complimentary ski locker. Access information will be included in your check-in details. Skis and snowboards cannot be in the property or on patios/balconies, violations will incur penalty fees.
- Bike / Bicycle Storage: Your reservation includes a complimentary bike storage in the parking garage. Access information will be included in your check-in details. BIkes / Bicycles cannot be in the property or on patios/balconies, violations will incur penalty fees.
- Do not leave trash or recycles in the common areas or hallways of the building. There are clearly marked Trash Rooms in the building on each floor by the elevator. Any violations will incur a $100.00 fine for each occurrence will be the responsibility of the guest.
*Service Animals: Elevation Destinations by Portoro is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to protect the rights of guests with disabilities to bring service animals (excludes emotional support animals) under the terms of The Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you need a service animal to ease the symptoms of a disability (as defined under the above Acts), and have the Animal/Pet Fee waived, submit a request in writing to Elevation Destinations by Portoro and include whether or not the service animal is required because of a disability as well as what work or task the service animal has been trained to perform. Any unauthorized animals/pets at the property will result in a $150.00 per day / per animal/pet fee, and may result in your reservation being canceled, and you may be required to vacate from the Property.
