This one bedroom, one bath condo has been completely renovated. It offers a full kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and very comfortable breakfast bar seating. You will love the open floor plan that maximizes the space and the natural light. Gather around the gas fireplace and large Smart TV in the living to catch your favorite shows. If you have some work to get done, a separate desk and chair are available and includes a monitor just in case you need a second screen! Done with work? This condo even offers board games to enjoy together. The bedroom offers a comfortable King bed with additional Smart TV, and the living room offers a Queen sleeper sofa and an additional Twin sleeper (pull-out) ottoman. The Pinnacle has everything you need to fully enjoy your stay with your family and friends in Winter Park, Colorado's longest continually operated major ski resort. Getting Around
The property is located at Winter Park Resort in the Zephyr Mountain Lodge Riverside Building. We are located right across from the free community bus, "The Lift". Download The Lift Rider App to see departure and arrival times of the bus and destinations. Local Amtrak service is available at different times of the year in Winter Park and Fraser. Traveling to Winter Park Resort: • Denver International Airport (90-miles by vehicle) • Find carpool buddies with the TreadShare app • Take the Amtrak train: Winter Park Express ( seasonal) / California Zephyr (once daily) • Take a shuttle: DIA on Home James Transportation / Grand Mountain Rides • Use the free bus system "The Lift" if you're staying in town (download the app: Lift Rider App) During winter months, Colorado has a statewide traction law which requires a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle to drive on Colorado roads. We are located in a high altitude mountain climate. Snow can occur at any time during winter months. Failure to have a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle will likely result in being unable to reach your vacation rental. No refunds will be given due to poor weather conditions. We encourage all guests to consider 3rd party travel insurance if they have travel concerns.

Elevation Destinations by Portoro is not responsible for nor will refunds apply for noise issues related to the construction / remodel. -- In addition, you may hear a train whistle during your stay from the Winter Park train station / train. Refunds will not apply due to expected train-related noise. - Winter Park Wildlife: Be aware of local information regarding local wildlife in the Winter Park region and follow all protocols regarding public safety. Local wildlife includes but is not limited to bears, moose, bighorn sheep, mountain lions, and wolves. Elevation Destinations by Portoro reminds guests to be aware of their surroundings and to not attempt to interact with local wildlife. Issues, injuries, or damages from violating the local safety guidelines are the responsibility of the guest. - Parking Garage: You will need to make a parking reservation prior to your check-in date regardless of the rental season. Full details will be provided in your check-in details with additional courtesy reminders prior to your arrival date. The Town of Winter Park sets a Winter and Summer season which are subject to change at the discretion of Winter Park. The Winter Season offers per night paid garage parking and the Summer Season offers free garage parking, however a nightly $99.00 fee will apply if you do not complete your reservation prior to your check-in date. In addition, a Coupon Code will be included in your check-in information that will discount the $99.00 nightly fee to $23.00/night in the Winter and $0.00 in the Summer. What a wonderful place to stay! The location of this rental allowed us to explore Winter Park, CO and surrounding mountain towns. The host prior to your arrival outlines the rules that should be followed during your stay, and also recommends a variety of restaurants and things to do in the area. One big plus about this listing is that it grants you access to the Rocky Mountain National Park ( about 37miles from the rental). I strongly recommend staying at this rental, and I hope to return again soon.

The unit was in the Zephyr Mountain Lodge. Beautiful surroundings, lots to do in the village. 5 minutes to downtown Winter Park. Having an elevator was really nice. Underground free parking in the summer. Places to securely store bicycles in the garage. Condo was nice and clean and had a great kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay.
