Please note, that all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid form of ID. The primary reservation holder must provide a Government-Issued ID that matches the name on the rental agreement. This is a requirement from St. Johns County. All guest's names (first and last) must be provided. The ages of any minors are required to be listed. This is for emergency and insurance purposes.
Welcome to “Tropical Sands”! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is right on the beach and is available for your next beach vacation. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering with friends and family, all while having views of the Atlantic in your back yard. The kitchen features stainless appliances, beautiful granite counter tops, and a large breakfast bar that seats 4. The dining area has a dining table that seats 8. There is plenty of seating in the living room to gather around the large TV.
Wake up to the sights and sounds of the ocean! The master bedroom faces the ocean, so you can wake up and see the sun rise, or fall asleep to the sound of the waves. This bedroom has a king bed, wall mounted TV and a full bathroom. The master bathroom has his-and-hers sinks and a walk-in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a queen bed, TV, walk-in closet, and their own bathroom.
The back deck spans the width of the house and is made of Trex material. No splinters here! The deck features a pergola in the middle, which provides a nice shady area. The deck leads right down to the beach. There is comfortable deck furniture for you to enjoy. We provide beach chairs and towels so you don’t need to pack them. There is a 2-car garage with a washer and dryer, gas grill, and a spare refrigerator.
