This brand new home features 4 beds across 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Lounge out in the large living room, or enjoy a meal at the kitchen island or dining area.
Bedroom one is located downstairs and is furnished with a king bed. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the first floor. Bedrooms two and three are located upstairs along with the laundry room. Bedroom two is furnished with two queen beds and has its own bathroom in the hallway. The primary bedroom features a king bed and has an en-suite bathroom with gorgeous walk in shower.
This home is the perfect destination for families or groups traveling or staying long term in Austin!

Guests can use all areas of the home except for the garage and two locked owners closets in the home.

Others Things to Note
We'd like to be upfront about the location before you book your stay. As with some older & developing neighborhoods in Austin, the street itself can seem a bit unappealing upon arrival. Some of our neighbors enjoy playing music after-hours and parking cars on their lawns. This is the first new build on a street full of outdated and somewhat run-down rental properties. However, once you step inside our home-you'll forget all about the pesky neighbors and enjoy the amenities, features and finish outs of a brand new house! We also have Ring motion lights with cameras on the front and rear of the home along with a Ring doorbell for added safety for our guests. We know some people don’t mind these things and for some they are a big deal. If the issues mentioned would prevent you from having a good experience at our home, unfortunately this may not be the right property for you.
Pets are allowed at this home at a rate of $150 per pet (2 max, up to 50 lbs). If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro’s approval, there will be a cleaning charge of $500. Owner must pick up after dogs - no exceptions.

The communication was clear and the house was as expected. We booked far ahead and didn’t notice the neighborhood description at first. The host is open and upfront about it. Our stay was overall good, except for two nights when neighbors were having a loud party and burning a fire outside. We could feel the smell and hear the noise up even with the blackout drapes. You’ll see beaten down cars and lots of trash on the street. As I mentioned earlier, the house itself is quite nice and has everything you might need during the stay inside the house. The backyard wasn’t very usable, there’s not much there.

The neighborhood was a little less than ideal, but they did honeslty describe that so I was aware of this before booking. Neighbors were a little loud with music through evening and into the night, but we were up late at nights so it didn’t bother us whenever we were going to sleep since they did provide sound machines in each bedroom! House was beautiful inside and was just what we needed for our weekend stay. Very close to so many great places to eat and things to do!
