Welcome to “Villa Adrianna”. Wren Beach Rentals by Portoro is proud to offer this one-of-a-kind oceanfront cottage to our guests. This adorable home sits on a high dune offering wonderful views of the beach. The home was remodeled in 2020 and is sure to impress. The first floor features a sparkling kitchen, equipped with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and a beautiful tile backsplash. The dining table seats 6 and has views of the ocean. Off of the kitchen is an outdoor space, fenced in with artificial turf, a gas grill, and seating for 4. Around the corner from the kitchen is a full bathroom which features a beautiful walk-in shower. The living room is airy and bright and features a sofa and several chairs around the wall-mounted TV. Outside the living room is a covered deck that overlooks the beach. Here you will find another dining table with seating for 6. This deck leads right down to the beach, and has a shower for rinsing off the sand.
Head up the beautiful spiral staircase and you find the lovely master bedroom suite on the second floor. This bedroom has a king bed and an oceanfront balcony, where you will enjoy magnificent views of the sunrise. There is a beautiful armoire for storing your personal items. The fireplace in the bedroom, while beautiful, is decorative only. The master bathroom features his-and-hers sinks, a walk-in shower, and a bath tub. Outside the master bedroom is a sitting area with another TV. The day bed is available for sleeping and has a trundle underneath. Outside the sitting room is a fabulous courtyard, perfect for gathering to enjoy the outdoors as the sun sets the Guana Preserve.
Continue up the spiral staircase to find two more bedrooms on the third floor. The ocean front bedroom has a queen bed and a small balcony. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a small balcony that overlooks Guana Lake. There is a bathroom between the two bedrooms.
The 2 car garage is available for guests to park and there is also parking for an additional two cars in the driveway. All of our guests have the option to pay for a temporary membership to the Serenata Beach Club to use their swimming pools, fitness center, kids’ club, and more.

Please note, that all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid form of ID. The primary reservation holder must provide a Government-Issued ID that matches the name on the rental agreement. This is a requirement from St. Johns County. All guest's names (first and last) must be provided. The ages of any minors are required to be listed. This is for emergency and insurance purposes.
