Water Colors is the ultimate beach house for people who want the best of everything! This 5 bedroom, 4 bath home can accommodate 10 adults. The ocean front home is designed to please the most discriminating vacationer while enchanting its occupants with water color hues of blue, aqua, and sand. The house is direct ocean front, six miles north of historic St. Augustine and approximately 12 miles south of Ponte Vedra Beach. The area is very private with only single-family homes and a few excellent restaurants; however, in minutes you can be enjoying all the activities, shopping, golf and other pleasures available in St. Augustine or Ponte Vedra.
Consisting of two floors plus the garage level, Water Colors offers fantastic ocean views from all rooms on the main (2nd) level. Here you will find a huge living room, dining area, eat-in kitchen, wet bar, and two master suites. A wrap around deck provides ocean access from the kitchen, living area, and both master bedrooms. The living area boasts two comfortable and quality leather sofas, gorgeous leather swivel chairs, tall game table, and 55″ wall mounted HD TV. The lovely dining area with large glass table and 8 chairs is conveniently placed near the wet bar.
On the lower level are a spacious game room with TV, game table, and plenty of play space; plus three additional bedrooms, two full baths, and laundry with two sets of large LG equipment. One bedroom has a queen bed, one has two twin beds, and the third has a bunk bed plus pull-out trundle, offering sleeping for three. We also have a double size sofa bed in the game room. All bedrooms have their own televisions and are decorated in a casual, beachy style.
Outside on the lower level is a small covered porch with beach views and direct seawall and beach access, a large dog run with artificial “dog turf”, and a double garage with elevator to all floors.

Please note, that all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid form of ID. The primary reservation holder must provide a Government-Issued ID that matches the name on the rental agreement. This is a requirement from St. Johns County. All guest's names (first and last) must be provided. The ages of any minors are required to be listed. This is for emergency and insurance purposes.
