For a reliable alternative with guaranteed check-in or check-out timing, it's recommended to book the night before or after your scheduled arrival or departure.

Walk to restaurants, markets, Zilker park, Barton Springs and several landmark Austin venues. Or, the city offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, mass transit, bike rentals, etc. are available everywhere. The airport is just 20 minutes away.

Important information to note: - All guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement. - Pets are allowed at this home at a rate of $150 per pet (2 max, up to 50 lbs). If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro’s approval, there will be a cleaning charge of $500. Owner must pick up after dogs - no exceptions. - To ensure your safety, proper access to the home and guest features, ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival and notify Portoro with any questions. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately. - Check out considerations will be sent the day before departure. - We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or checkout late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one-hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check-in or late checkout is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc, are non-refundable. - Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions.

All Guests must comply with house rules. Not doing so will result in additional deep cleaning fees, loss of deposit and possible eviction. 1. Maximum Overnight Occupancy is 4 people. Please make sure you enter the proper number of guests at booking. 2. Except for families with children, all guests must be at least 25 years old with photo ID proof of age. 3. Pets are allowed at this home at a rate of $150 per pet (2 max, up to 50 lbs). If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro’s approval, there will be a cleaning charge of $500. Owner must pick up after dogs - no exceptions. 4. Only members of the guest party can occupy the house overnight; no overnight visitors are allowed. Daytime visitors must be disclosed in advance, and small gatherings with non-overnight guests require pre-approval, deposit, and additional contract. 5. No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony. Smoking is allowed outside. Please use proper receptacles to dispose of cigarettes and never throw them in the yard. 6. Decorations must be taken down without damaging walls. Use only paint-safe tape: no tacks, nails, or glue dots. Please NEVER attach anything to the exterior walls of the home. 7. Do not use confetti or glitter indoors or out. 8. No burning of natural flame candles inside or outside of the home. 9. Cabinets in the master closet labeled as “Owner Use Only” are locked and off-limits to guests. Tampering with or breaking into locked cabinets will result in a fine of $250, plus the cost of damage. 10. We love our neighbors! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM daily. Beautiful home in a great location! We really enjoyed our stay at this gem of a place. The location is great, in a nice area and close to absolutely everything. The place itself is so clean and inviting. They have everything you need. Will definitely stay again when we come to Austin.

If you are looking for a quite, comfortable, high quality 1BR/1BA place to stay in Austin you are in luck. Upon arrival, it was evident that the owners have invested in a quality experience and the management company was very professional. We needed to temporarily relocate in the neighborhood and are very happy to have found this place. We would definitely recommend it to those seeking this kind of experience.
